Getting to Stonington Borough by Car:

From Boston: From I-95 Southbound take exit 91. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left. Take your fourth left onto North Main Street. Follow that road straight across at the stoplight to the first stop sign. Turn left onto Trumbull Avenue. At the next stop sign, turn right and go over the bridge. At the base of the bridge, curve to the left onto Water Street.
From New York: From I-95 Northbound take exit 91. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right. Take your third left onto North Main Street. Follow that road straight across at the stoplight to the first stop sign. Turn left onto Trumbull Avenue. At the next stop sign, turn right and go over the bridge. At the base of the bridge, curve to the left onto Water Street.

Getting to Velvet Mill by Car:

From Boston: From I-95 Southbound take exit 91. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left. Take your fourth left onto North Main Street. Follow that road straight across at the stoplight to the second stop sign. Turn left onto Cutler Street. Follow Cutler around sharp corner, which turns into Elm Street. Take your third right onto Bayview Avenue, the Velvet Mill is on your left at the bottom of the hill.

Leaving Stonington Borough, cross viaduct over railroad tracks. Take first right onto Trumbull Avenue. At stop sign, take left on Cutler Street. Continue on Cutler around sharp corner, which turns into Elm Street. Take your third right onto Bayview Avenue. The Velvet Mill is on your left at the bottom of the hill.
